A: Proof of trust. We ensure the safety of your property by background checking all of our technicians. We are registered, certified, and insured. We take photos that are uploaded into your account as proof of condition and services, with tailored actions for your property such as gate lock checks. 

A: Yes, Tropical Dreams Pool Care offers different packages based on your goals. We offer two set rate (custom quoted for your pool size and consideration of spas) packages with automatic monthly billing. We can show you on our advanced testing systems when you may need other interventions to condition or treat your pool.

A: Yes, both of our packages include chemical testing and balancing, so that you don't have to worry about calculations, buying, storing, handling, measuring, or adding chemicals to your pool in your spare time. Additional treatments and conditioners may be offered periodically as recommended, with your permission to move forward with service.

A:  Tropical Dreams Pool Care will establish a preferred schedule with you, and adjust accordingly with routing of other clients, weather,  and emergencies. We communicate with you via a client portal to view your services and are available to text or call. We can alert you when we are 10 minutes away, to help ensure all animals are safe inside your home, before our visit.

A: This package is inclusive of water testing and balancing with chemicals included after initial quoted visit based on the size and condition of your pool. This basic package allows the pool owner to maintain their own cleaning, brushing, and vacuuming of their pool. You will not have to worry about learning how to test or balance your chemicals. You also will not have to buy, store, measure or remember to add the chemicals to your pool. Checks of Pumps and Filter pressures are included. Phosphate Treatments, Algaecides, scheduled Filter cleanings, and  scheduled Salt Cell cleanings are available at extra costs. Replacements of Filters, O Rings, or Salt Cells available at additional costs. This package is exclusive of  weekly brushing, skimming,  vacuuming, and basket debris removal. 

A:  Live your Tropical Dreams with this worry free package! This package includes weekly skimming, cleaning, brushing, vacuuming, basket debris removal, testing and balancing of chemicals, with scheduled salt cell or filter cleanings.  Checks of Pumps and Filter pressures are included. Phosphate Treatments and Algaecides are available at extra costs. Replacements of Filters, O Rings, or Salt Cells available at additional costs.
